"Creating customised jewellery is the perfect way to craft an elegant statement piece whilst maintaining personality and individuality in a design. There are many ways to customise jewellery, from simple selections to bold, dramatic and expressive pieces," shared Dice Diamonds founder Anthony Edwards.

Usually, jewellery trends move at a stately or moderate pace, but what's fast approaching the market now? Customisation, that's what! Whether you are interested in a custom piece because nothing available matches your style or you want to be drastically different, it is easy to add your own flair to any type of jewellery, consider these noteworthy creations from Dice Diamonds.

Edwards told Tuesday Style Fashion (TSF), "Simply put, customising jewellery means making modifications to them. There are actually two ways to create a custom piece: Alter an existing piece of jewellery to incorporate different elements, and creating a piece of jewellery from scratch with the inspiration from a designer or brand. My primary area of focus right now is deconstructing chains, necklaces and bracelets and recreating them with materials they weren't originally made with, like pearls, beads and stainless steel for a new and distinctive look."

The self-taught jewellery enthusiast, whose creative skills are backed by an Interior Design certification from the National Council on Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NCTVET), also shared with TSF that working with jewellery is a coping mechanism when feeling down. "I use jewellery to lighten my mood when I'm not in a good place. When I was younger, I would make all sorts of necklaces and bracelets with Rastafarian-coloured beads, that's when the journey began. December 2020 is when it became official... Dice Diamonds was launched right in time for the holidays when people would be shopping for unique gifts."

Dice Diamonds currently offers a variety of customised unisex pieces including bracelets with lava beads and pearls, half pearl — half chain necklaces as well as full pearl chains with a pendant of the customer's choice. Accompanying the customised pieces are a suite of gold, silver and stainless steel rings, watches, bracelets and chains that Edwards sourced internationally for avid jewellery collectors who like to stand out.
